1. Intake & Verification

• Receive checklist from JFCOLLECTIBLES LLC

• Verify total Series count

• Sort cards by tier, value, and category

• Confirm condition meets “excellent” standards (based on eBay card condition guidelines)

2. Preparation

• Clean work area

• Set up packing stations

• Set up tamper-evident seals

• Assign batch numbers

3. Assembly

• Pull items according to checklist

• Sleeve & top-load if required

• Check card condition

• Place items into pack in correct orientation

• Seal pack using designated tamper-evident method

4. Quality Control

• Each sealed pack is inspected

• Verify:

  • Correct item

  • Proper seal

  • No defects

  • Batch label applied

5. Series Completion

• Confirm final pack count matches checklist

• Store completed Series in secure storage

• Prepare transfer to JFCOLLECTIBLES LLC

• Breaker independence maintained at all times

6. Documentation

• Finalized checklist

• Pack count

• Production summary

• Batch numbers

• Transfer log
